Despite his diagnosis, Nkosi Johnson became a national icon for his courage and determination to live a full and meaningful life. He became an outspoken advocate for the rights of children living with HIV and AIDS, using his platform to spread awareness and reduce stigma. He also established the Nkosi's Haven, a home for children with HIV and AIDS, providing them with love, care, and support.
